Job Title: Account Manager / Account Executive

We re looking for team-oriented, competitive self-starters with a hunter mentality and proven history of B2B sales. - Experience in the IT Staffing or IT Consulting industry is highly preferred!
What you ll be doing:
Grow revenue via new business development and management of your own book of business
includes cold calling, relationship development, closing sales, and account maintenance
Prospect for new job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing,
presentations, and persistent follow-up
Sell to IT leaders and IT procurement to mid to enterprise level accounts
Negotiate MSA s, PSA s and manage day today client support
Create and track KPIs for yourself as well as your team
Drive the sales process from plan to close
Work with eTek s internal recruiting team to deliver quality results back to clients
Our ideal Sales Executive will be independent, self-motivated, and driven to win, with proven ability to
position services against competitors.

What you ll need to succeed:
Proven, progressive B2B sales leadership experience (5+ years is ideal)
Experience in the IT staffing or IT consulting industry is highly preferred (3+ years is ideal)
Stellar work ethic & unparalleled sense of commitment
Experience in account management/account planning, with ability to drive growth
Ability and drive to build your own book of business
Sales certification a plus, not required
Experience with or desire to work in a Global delivery/offshore environment
