Enterprise Applications Specialist (Applications Process and Governance)

Our direct client is undertaking a major digital transformation implementing Oracle ERP and FDI cloud. They are looking to bring on a resource to design, create, and implement the process flows, SOP's, and ServiceNow models for the future state enterprise applications organization structure. This resource will also create RACI matrices for processes, and develop documentation to support future state enterprise application organization. The position involves aligning processes with organizational goals, utilizing industry standards and best practices, and supporting all standardization activities and initiatives towards streamlining Enterprise Application Operations.



This is a remote position but could require occasional travel to the Raleigh, NC area.

Essential Skills:




- Proficiency in process mapping and design tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its application in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
