Job Description:

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting complex operational analyses, leading medium to large cross-functional project teams, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business unit. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate documentation of business requirements, effective process improvement, and alignment of solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate is strong in analytical thinking, business process mapping, stakeholder communication, Agile methodologies, and process improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational analyses and coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Review, validate, and present analytical findings to senior leadership.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Create process maps, workflows, documentation, and functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, support system enhancements, and collaborate on solution design.
  • Work closely with multiple business units on strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts as required.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, business documentation, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, user story creation, and requirement gathering best practices.
