Responsibilities
- Lead and guide team members in software development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.
- Design and modify software architecture for both new and existing systems.
- Create detailed work packages for developers and mentor them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and technical guidance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and propose additional services.
Skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework, including C#, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
