Title: Sr. Project Manager

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business Science Mathematics, or related field preferred).
8+ years of project management experience.
PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred or actively working toward certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts strongly preferred.
Developing strong communication and collaboration skills; able to facilitate discussions with project teams and stakeholders.
Builds confidence in leading small teams or workstreams under the guidance of senior project leaders.
Demonstrates sound analytical and problem-solving skills, seeking input when issues are complex.
Effectively manages multiple small to moderately complex initiatives with support from senior project managers.
Responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end delivery of small to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinates cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration among internal staff, matrix managers, and client representatives.
Tracks milestones, deliverables, and metrics using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and related reporting systems.
Identifies project risks and issues; develops mitigation recommendations and escalates as appropriate.
Supports alignment of project activities with organizational strategy and client objectives.
Prepares project status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders under the guidance of senior leadership.
Assists in developing and monitoring project budgets, collaborating with finance to track actuals against plan.
Ensures adherence to internal governance processes, CMMI standards, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Partners with clients to support effective communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Confers with project personnel to gather input, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure progress toward deliverables.
Maintains project documentation including schedules, risks, issues, change requests, and lessons learned.
Contributes to process improvement by recommending adjustments to enhance delivery efficiency.
Provides informal guidance and support to junior team members or project coordinators.
Demonstrates commitment to customer service and operational excellence in all aspects of project delivery.
