As a member of the [team name] team, our Peoplesoft Systems Administrator IV participates in a team environment for the installation, upgrades, testing and maintenance of new and existing computer systems, operating system, and/or software applications. This position provides technical, interpersonal, and administrative skills in performing day to day work - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field and seven years' experience in the implementation, operations, development, support and maintenance of IT systems and/or administration of Software functions in multi-platform and multi-system environments or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 and updates, including configuration and customization
  • Infrastructure management skills, including change management, problem management, release management, configuration management, and system lifecycle
  • Automation and documentation skills, using tools such as scripts and workflows
  • System performance analysis and resolution skills, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and methodologies, including cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices
  • Leadership and direction skills, with ability to provide guidance and oversight to team members
  • Strong understanding of IT system design, implementation, and sustainment, including Oracle Database, Weblogic, and other supporting technologies


What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Administers and supports Peoplesoft application stack, including Weblogic, SSL Cert, and Oracle Database
  • Leads and mentors team members in Peoplesoft System Administration, ensuring maximum availability and reliability of supported platforms
  • Facilitates cross-functional understanding and communication between technical areas, including Network (Load Balancers, Firewalls), Server (Unix, Linux, MS Server, VMware), and Desktop (Windows)
  • Adapts to new technology and methodologies, staying current with updates and industry trends
  • Ensures maximum availability and reliability of supported platforms, including Linux, MS Server, and VMware
  • Maintains and supports multiple Peoplesoft environments, including development, testing, and production
  • Provides technical training and consulting services, including troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues


The expected hiring range for a Peoplesoft System Administrator IV is $109,700-$148,400/annually depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15% . The current full salary range for this role is $103,000-$168,000/annually.
