Job Title: Marketing Manager III
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 6-month contract to extend
Pay rate: $50/hr - $65/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Response Creative Manager to lead the creative development and production of all direct response tactics including direct mail, email, and SMS to support Small, Medium, and Large business acquisition (ACQ) and upgrade (UPG) efforts. This role partners with both external agencies and internal stakeholders to devise and execute direct response campaigns, ensuring creative integrity, quality control, and alignment with brand and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Development

Collaborate with marketing and offer management teams to translate business objectives into compelling direct response concepts.

Oversee end to end creative production, from initial proofs through final quality control, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Campaign Execution & Operations

Manage campaign workflows and schedules using tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, and SharePoint.

Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams (Legal, Brand Governance, Digital, etc.) to secure approvals and maintain creative integrity.

Process Improvement & Issue Resolution

Participate in implementation work streams and support processes for campaign management operations.

Collaborate cross functionally to identify root causes of campaign issues and drive continuous process enhancements.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide regular reporting and analytical support to measure campaign performance and inform future creative decisions.

Special Projects

Take on additional projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative, strong communication, and problem solving skills.

Required Qualifications
-
Experience: 5-10 years in direct response creative management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Technical Skills:
-
Creative management and production experience for both Email Marketing (EM) and Direct Mail (DM) channels.

Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering high quality creative on schedule.

Software Proficiency:

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat.

Platforms & Workflow Tools:

Wrike, Monday.com, SharePoint (or similar project management platforms).

Core Competencies:
