Over 7 years of experience in Production support, with expertise in Service Now, DevOps, TechOps, Monitoring tools, and Process Improvements
Leadership experience: Managed technical production support teams for over 3 years
Preferably holds ITIL certification
Proficient in conducting complex, in-depth analysis and devising innovative problem diagnosis and resolution methods across custom-developed products, SaaS, and various platforms
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting technical knowledge and providing guidance to management, regulators, reviewers, and stakeholders
Skilled in customer support with a focus on active listening, building rapport, clear communication, approachability, and demonstrating courtesy and respect
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with an operations-oriented mindset, and proficiency in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
