OUR PROJECT
Immediate opportunity to join our R&D team developing the next generation of antibiotic susceptibility testing instruments. As a Senior Application Scientist, you will be responsible for developing new assays.
This is a long-term contract position with a highly competitive hourly rate that will remain remote. This position will require occasional travel to several laboratory sites in the United States and Enterprise Peak will address traveling expenses at key project points.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Application Scientist to develop new assays and redevelop existing assays utilized across a family of antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) medical devices as a part of our R&D team. You will be responsible for new experiment design. Working across several teams you will be an integral leader responsible for the development of new assays for testing as part of a systems platform for our in vitro diagnostic systems. This is an excellent opportunity to support a growing initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Antimicrobial susceptibility subject matter expertise
- Experience designing experiments to deliver new assays
- Experience working with ISO 13485 and FDA 21CFR Part 820 standards
- Prior corporate research experience in medical devices industry
