The Senior Data Privacy Analyst is responsible for leading the Boston Reserve Bank's implementation and operations of the Federal Reserve System Privacy Program. This includes managing a local PII inventory, performing privacy risk assessment and remediation, monitoring for compliance with privacy standards, providing staff training, engaging and advising business areas regarding data privacy practices, drafting or reviewing local applicable procedures, reviewing vendor relationships and contracts, supporting the Data Privacy Officer with local data privacy incident response, and collaborating with other areas of the Bank on privacy initiatives. This position resides within the Compliance and Data Privacy function of the Corporate Strategy & Risk department and reports to the Director, Compliance and Data Privacy.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Serves as a visible and highly engaged privacy program leader.
- Coordinates and manages local implementation and operations of System privacy program, drafting privacy notices and local procedures based on System requirements.
- Consults with business areas on PII collection, use, sharing, and minimization.
- Manages local PII inventory, risk assessments, and privacy risk reduction efforts.
- Monitors and manages Bank compliance with the privacy program.
- Provides local data privacy training to Bank staff and management.
- Provides advice on data privacy standard applicability and monitors overall Bank compliance with the System framework.
- Reviews automated data privacy controls for local IT systems.
- Supports the Privacy Officer with local data privacy incident response.
- Coordinates vendor privacy assessment efforts.
- Serves as a privacy Subject Matter Expert for the Boston Reserve Bank.
- Leads and participates in System-wide workgroups focused on maturing and advancing privacy practices for the System.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge and experience normally acquired through, or equivalent to, the completion of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience in the following areas: Leading/chairing cross-functional projects or project teams; managing and implementing a privacy program, including policy/standard/control application and vendor/third party management; data privacy incident response; understanding of security and privacy principles and relevant technologies.
- Resourceful, flexible, and open to new ways of thinking, with the ability to drive change with influence.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and identify priorities, drive performance, and execute plans on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, with an ability to excel in working with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.
