Job Title: Senior Account Executive/Account Executive, IT Services (Sales)
Location: Remote.
Note: We have 3 openings (1 Senior Executive VP level, 2 Account Farming)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive/Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling IT services in the BFSI sector, with a focus on account growth and relationship management at the Executive and VP levels. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders, including Executives and VPs.
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored IT service solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions relevant to the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
