UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking four (4) Quality Assurance Analysts for a remote position. Must reside in the EST zone, active LinkedIn account preferred. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test scripts and scenarios to validate form generation and multilingual functionality in compliance with LL30. The role ensures accurate testing, workflow validation, and system reliability through collaboration with business and technical teams.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Business and Quality Analysis tools such as JIRA, Balsamiq, and MS Visio.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with automated testing tools, including QTP, WinRunner, Visual Studio, and Selenium.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience creating, executing, and managing automation scripts.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with SQL Server, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Develop test scripts and scenarios related to form generation and ensure all specifications are accurately captured.
- Perform end-to-end functional testing by designing and developing functional workflows aligned with business rulesets to support the deployment of ad-hoc notices and communications.
- Develop an effective test approach based on established standards and requirement analysis to ensure compliance with the LL30 mandate for multilingual form availability in 12 languages.
- Identify user stories and translate them into detailed test cases.
- Create and maintain a Test Case vs. Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) against user stories to support application development.
- Identify and report system design pitfalls or unexpected business rule behavior to improve system accuracy and performance.
- Analyze and document current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Make recommendations for process enhancements based on testing results and client feedback.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to ensure successful delivery of tested applications on schedule.
