Job Details
Our EIM, Toronto based client is looking for a hands-on SAP OTC specialist with hands on expertise in the areas of Order management, Billing, Integrations with Salesforce, etc. for a long term remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes and systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of the end-to-end OTC cycle.
Must have proven expertise in SAP OTC processes, including order management, billing, invoicing, and collections.
Must have certification in SAP OTC or related modules, showcasing formal recognition of skills and knowledge in this area.
Technical Skills:
SAP ECC:
o Extensive experience with SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component), particularly in configuring and optimizing OTC functionalities.
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP OTC module effectively.
Salesforce Integration:
o Basic knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in how it integrates with SAP for order management and customer relationship management.
o Experience in managing data flows between SAP and Salesforce, ensuring seamless operations.
Additional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues within the OTC process.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Familiarity with the software and cloud services industry, particularly in relation to content management and data solutions.
Understanding of business AI and cybersecurity tools as they relate to OTC processes.
- Lead/configure SAP OTC processes end-to-end (order entry billing collections).
- Design & optimize order management and billing flows; resolve production issues.
- Coordinate and support SAP Salesforce integration for orders/customer data.
- Prepare functional specs, test scenarios, and support UAT & go-live.
- Analyze OTC KPIs and produce reports to support decision-making.
