Client Note: They are integrating SailPoint with Beeline, which they use to manage contractors. The integration has already been started, but they need someone strong who can come in, assess what s been built, and help optimize the connection. This is not a junior admin role. They need someone with at least 7 years of experience in Sailpoint and hands on with IdentityNow who has done integrations before, understands APIs, provisioning, aggregation, workflows, and can independently drive things forward. The candidate must have EXCELLENT communication and be able to work on site 5 days a week in Morristown, NJ. Position Overview
A leading financial institution is seeking a SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and support SailPoint identity governance solutions. This role will focus on building custom configurations, enhancing existing implementations, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing system performance to ensure secure and efficient identity management across the organization. Key Responsibilities
* Design and configure SailPoint solutions using declarative features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing SailPoint implementations, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable identity management solutions
* Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and enhancements
* Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) with both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors, including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, web services, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems
* Leverage SailPoint APIs for custom integrations and advanced functionality Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint development tools, including scripting, Transforms, and Visual Studio Code
* Solid understanding of SailPoint architecture, security principles, and best practices
* Experience with API-based integrations and customization
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and within Agile or cross-functional teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with Treasury Management products, core banking systems, and online banking platforms is a plus Required Experience
* 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience
