Description:

The right individual creates, maintains, and tunes analytical solutions, including complex dashboards and reports, using Oracle technologies and data warehousing principles. Key responsibilities include data modeling, high-performance ETL framework development, performance analysis (using AWR reports), query tuning, and applying advanced PL/SQL skills within Agile/Scrum environments to meet business requirements and ensure solution scalability and stability.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Data Design & Modeling: Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business needs in data warehousing environments.

Oracle PL/SQL & Performance Tuning: Write advanced PL/SQL, analyze Oracle AWR reports, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform query and table index optimizations to ensure high-performance data solutions.

ETL Development: Build high-performance ETL data frameworks with robust error handling and scalability features.

Analytics Development: Design and develop analytical dashboards, reports, and other BI solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar tools.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Oracle PL/SQL

Data Warehousing concepts and large data sets

Database partitions, indexes, CDC, and data virtualization

Unix/KSH shell scripting and Python programming

Agile & CI/CD: Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, participate in story refinement, and contribute to CI/CD events.

Problem Solving & Communication: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, communicate clearly to drive consensus, and articulate both problems and solutions to diverse groups.

Integration & Testing: Ensure solutions integrate successfully into the overall system, contribute to existing test suites, and perform unit and component integration testing.
