Location: Tuscaloosa, AL Onsite / Hybrid

Job Description

Overview:

  • Expertise in configuring and implementing Finance modules to meet the specific needs of an organization. Work with clients to understand their Finance requirements and configure Finance modules to meet those requirements.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing Finance processes, policies, and procedures within the cloud ERP, such as general ledger, accounts receivable, supply chain, expense, etc.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use Finance modules and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with other IT professionals, such as developers and testers, to ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards of the organization.

Experience:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hold certifications in Financial Management from the software vendor.
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining cloud ERP financial modules.
  • Experience with financial management processes and procedures, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Able to work with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Able to troubleshoot and diagnose financial-related issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Experience with change management and be able to effectively communicate changes to business stakeholders.
  • Able to manage change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Should have a desire for ongoing learning and professional development to ensure that they are providing the most effective financial management solutions for their organization.
