Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:
- Looking for a seasoned technical project manager with proven experience in managing complex programs involving multi-skilled resources across various countries and successfully delivery outcome as per schedule.
- Technical project management, stakeholder management, People management and family in running complex IT Software development and support projects.
- Mandatory tools/Tech background: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Familiarity with modern technology stacks (Cloud platforms, APIs, Kafka, Cassandra, Pub-Sub, DevOps practices).
- The right candidate should have 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 6 years managing technology-focused initiatives and should have demonstrated experience in o leading end-to-end delivery of technical programs across domains in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain technology programs.
- Defining and managing program scope, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
- Conducting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release Management.
- Partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Acting as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and providing regular status, evaluating issues and risks and dependencies
- Ensuring adherence of the project to refined IT standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements o risk, issue, stakeholder and dependencies management.
- Tracking and reporting key delivery metrics (velocity, quality, cost, and productivity).
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including automation and AI-based productivity tools.
- Proactive communication and excellence in written and verbal communication.
- Leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross functional global teams.
