Role: ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Lead

REMOTE--candidate based out of Atlanta/Raleigh/Charlotte shall be preferred.

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Role Summary:
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Owns process design, automation strategy, controls, and dashboarding to drive effective vulnerability management across the organization.

Required Experience:

  • Background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys)
  • Experience with automation and dashboarding in ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths
  • Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, closure validation)
  • Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy
  • Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams
  • Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging)
  • Develop training materials and run enablement sessions
  • Drive adoption through communication and change management
