Job Details

Marketing Data Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics & Data Science team. This role will support strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on credit and lending product analytics. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret marketing data, with a focus on lending products

Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and AWS QuickSight

Support campaign measurement and execution, providing actionable insights

Run queries, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of marketing channels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals

Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

Required Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing data and analytics

Strong understanding of digital marketing data, campaign strategy, and execution

Experience with lending product data (e.g., lending, underwriting)

Proficiency in SQL Server (query writing)

Dashboarding experience with Power BI

Working knowledge of Python

Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

Prior experience in financial services, preferably banking or fintech

Desired Experience:

Dashboarding experience with AWS QuickSight

Exposure to Experian valuation, Axiom, or Tealium tag management

Understanding of identity graph concepts

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage leadership, team members, and clients

Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
