Team Overview
The EDT (Electronic Data Transmissions) team is the primary entry point for Fidelity clients to send financial and indicative data to the Workplace Investing (WI) organization. The team manages the implementation, maintenance, and support of file transmissions between WI and third-party systems.
The Production Services Electronic Data Transmissions team is part of the Production Services and Support group within Enterprise Infrastructure. It collaborates closely with client-facing teams, support groups, and partners across North Carolina, New Hampshire, Texas, and India.
Role Summary
Client seeks a Systems Services and Support Analyst for the Production Operations Electronic Data Transmissions (EDT) team.
This team handles file transmissions, triage of transmission failures, environment oversight, and resolution of user-generated request tickets between Client and external clients/vendors.
The team has a direct impact on customer experience by maintaining high-quality service and strong internal/external relationships.
Expertise & Skills You Bring
6 9 years of experience with FTP, SFTP, AS2, NDM, and related file transmission protocols
Hands-on experience with JCL, COBOL, DB2, Control-M, TSO, ISPF, SQL for batch support
Ability to script mainframe automation using REXX
Strong Linux and Windows administration skills
Proven Python scripting experience
Availability for off-hours/weekend on-call support
