Description

Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leaders are pivotal members of the Customer Experience (CX) team, delivering critical business services that empower our customers to achieve their strategic objectives. Through a unique blend of analytics, deep technical expertise, and consultative engagement, these leaders drive innovation and maximize the value of technologies within our customers' networks.

The CX team leverages advanced analytics and industry-leading knowledge to provide holistic solutions tailored to each customer's needs. As technical leaders, you act as trusted advisors guiding customers to reduce risks, foster innovation, and optimize their network performance to support their business goals. Your expertise bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business strategy, ensuring our customers stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

As a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader, you play a central role in transforming network architectures for our clients. Your expertise in building customer deliverable documentation including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Implementation/Change Management Plans spans the entire network portfolio.

Mandatory Experience:

  • Cisco DNAC/Catalyst Center: Provisioning, assurance, and general operations/maintenance of DNAC.
  • Software Defined Access (SDA): In-depth knowledge of LISP, SDA components, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integration, including design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Catalyst 9000 Switch Family: Hands-on experience with models such as 9200-CX, 9300, 9500, and 9600.
  • IPv4/IPv6 Routing: Comprehensive understanding of protocols including BGP, IS-IS, and OSPF.
  • Please note this is an onsite role in our Newton Square, PA office.

Desired Skills:

  • IPv4/IPv6 Multicast: Experience in multicast technologies is highly desirable.

Optional Skills:

  • Scripting/DevOps: Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and/or Robot framework is a valued asset.
