Workday experience with Project Manager & Planview, Workday, and GoAnywher

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level projects involving Planview, Workday, and GoAnywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, system integrations, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes.

Project Manager with proven experience in:

  • Planview: Managing project portfolios, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Workday: Coordinating HR processes, workforce planning, and financial tracking.
  • GoAnywhere: Ensuring secure file transfers and compliance with data security standards.

Job Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
    • Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • System Expertise
    • Manage Workday implementation or enhancement projects (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
    • Utilize Planview for portfolio and resource management.
    • Oversee secure file transfer processes using GoAnywhere.
  • Integration & Technical Oversight
    • Collaborate with IT teams to manage data flows and integrations between systems.
    • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
    • Provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
  • Risk & Change Management
    • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Lead change management activities and end-user training.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Planview, and GoAnywhere.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Required Skills

  • Experience with multiple Workday full lifecycle implementations.
  • Familiarity with secure file transfer protocols and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
