Job Details

Senior Network Analyst

Duration: 6-12+ Months- Contract to Hire

Rate: $45-50/hr on W2 or $50-55/hr on C2C to their Own Inc or 1099

Location: Beltway 8/Westheimer area of Houston, TX

Monday thru Thursday on-site work schedule 8:30am-5:30pm Friday is remote half day from home 7:30am-11:30am.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Troubleshooting experience with large enterprises
Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to clearly articulate complex issues
Customer interfacing capabilities
Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewall and wireless hardware
Experience with SolarWinds Network Management suite of applications
Experience with Riverbed WAN optimization appliance, Cascade and Net Profiler is a plus
Experience with Gigamon, Wireshark and packet level analysis and application performance root cause analysis is a plus
Experience using Splunk to help with troubleshooting is a plus
Experience troubleshooting EIGRP, BGP, Firewalls, IPSEC/SSL VPNs, Spanning tree and network security
Experienced with software defined networking
Experience with Cisco ISE/NAC is a plus
Working knowledge of Cisco Collaboration products
Experience working in Oil and Gas Industry specifically with field support technicians
