    Brief Summary of Role:

    A Senior Technical Lead designs and implements the key technical components of the solution and helps direct technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. The Senior Technical Lead reduces the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives. Additionally, the Senior Technical Lead partners with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones. This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with and related cloud technologies. Uses their knowledge and experience to influence and guide teams and clients.


    • As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing)
    • You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.
    • You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
    • Designing and implementing solutions using Community Cloud functionality.
    • Analyze customer requirements to determine an appropriate solution design considering capabilities, limitations and design trade-offs.
    • Determine the appropriate approach to manage CMS content supporting multiple languages
    • Distinguish the key components that contribute to performance optimization within a design.
    • Follow a consistent and automated way to build, package, and test applications for continuous integration (CI).
    • Build solutions that scale and perform.
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues.
    • Meet and manage customer expectations.
    • Consistently deliver effective business solutions.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
    • Solid grasp of content management and database concepts.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Additional Key Skills:
    • Certified Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant plus.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to share authority and responsibility in high stakes, complex and fast-moving work environment.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to inspire collaboration, including success in working in teams, projects, and people towards action through persuasion.

    Education and Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce development
    • 2+ years of experience as a Technical lead managing a team, interact and gather requirements from Client and design solutions
    • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud)
    • Strong expertise in LWC
    • Banking or Financial Domain experience desired
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns Multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management
    • Knowledge of nCino will be added advantage.
    • TThis position requires day 1 reporitng in the office and location is San Ramon, CA.
