Job Details

Title: SAP OTC / SAP GTS Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) and SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) consultant with deep expertise in SAP HANA, S/4 HANA implementation, and international trade compliance. The ideal candidate will drive integrations, customizations, and solutions across SAP OTC and GTS modules for large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP OTC and SAP GTS implementations, ensuring seamless integration across business processes and global trade operations.

  • Configure and customize SAP OTC and GTS modules to match business requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation and provide ongoing support.

  • Integrate SAP OTC processes with SAP GTS for international trade, export/import, and compliance.

  • Manage sales orders, deliveries, billing, invoicing, and trade compliance activities.

  • Oversee SAP GTS customs management and ensure regulatory compliance in global transactions.

  • Execute data migration and replication in SAP HANA environments.

  • Design and implement SAP Fiori apps and leverage SAP HANA for data modeling and analytics.

  • Conduct workshops and training for business users and key stakeholders.

  • Lead project management activities and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring smooth process flow and data accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, providing communication and guidance on SAP processes.

  • Drive solution design for SAP OTC and GTS environments, including risk management and stability/scalability best practices.

Required Skills:

  • SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) process expertise

  • SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) experience, including customs management and compliance

  • SAP HANA hands-on skills, including data migration and data modeling

  • SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support experience

  • Integration of SAP OTC with SAP GTS

  • Management of sales orders, deliveries, billing, invoicing

  • Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management)

  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to OTC and GTS (preferred)

  • Configuration and customization of SAP modules

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Workshops and training facilitation experience

  • Project management and cross-functional team leadership
