A large enterprise is looking for an experienced QA Lead to join their team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, drive quality initiatives, and help shape the testing strategy for various products. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility, with occasional in-office collaboration in the greater Boston area (New England is welcome as well). Salary range is $115,000 - $160,000.
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the QA process. You will work closely with development and product teams to define test strategies, develop test plans, and ensure the overall quality and performance of software. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, manage test execution, and help to continuously improve testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or lead QA role.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit) and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
