Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Work with and support development teams focused on hardware (HW) development and customer issues.
  • Responsible for tracking FA hardware from the point of receipt into the lab through to return to our repair vendor or Damaged Goods Inventory.
  • Oversee receiving, shipping, and tracking of hardware, including:
    • Unboxing and boxing in correct packaging
    • Tracking Product IDs (PID) and Serial Numbers (SN) while in Cisco Labs
  • Ensure robust tracking and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
  • Handle shipping logistics with FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
  • Provide clear and timely status updates.
  • Proficient in using PC and/or Mac platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with shipping processes (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with PC and Mac platforms
