IT Governance Analyst

Location: Southlake, TX

Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Governance Analyst
They are looking for skilled IT Governance professionals who can implement and drive a program to stand up an IT governance function. Not looking for auditors.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Proactively oversee IT Audit Controls by building and maintaining a framework to govern auditable IT processes and standards
• Support the work to provide timely responses to all audits (internal and external) which are applicable to IT (Ex. SOC audits, PWC Financial audits, internal compliance audits, vendor audits, etc)
• Partner with internal compliance to ensure expectations on IT governance, audits and improvement processes are understood and planned throughout the team

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT Governance , IT Audit, Business Operations, or cross-functional operational role, at a technology company
• A record of academic achievement; bachelor's degree in Business or Finance related field; or equivalent
• Deep knowledge and experience managing IT governance processes
• Deep knowledge and experience with managing IT audits and working with auditors
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
