Job Description

This financial services company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join their rapidly growing team. They provide retirement benefits, banking, and investing services to businesses for employees. This is a full-time employment opportunity with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week in their New York, Charlotte, or Frisco/Lewisville, TX office.

Their in-house UX research team consists of 10 researchers and operated within a larger design team responsible for conception through validation of digital experiences. You will be leading mixed-methods research with a focus on qualitative research while collaborating with fellow researchers, designers, product managers, and more.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ YOE in UX Research
  • Deep understanding of mixed-methods research practices
  • Experience managing research projects from conception through validation

Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead research for a variety of projects
  • Share insights with cross-functional team to inform product design and strategy
  • Coach UX Researchers of various levels
  • Help establish best practices as the UX Research practice continues to grow
