Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead global Identity & Access Management operations and drive enterprise-wide IAM strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a global team of IAM engineers, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of IAM platforms across multiple regions.
  • Provide technical leadership for IAM initiatives, including platform upgrades, migrations, and large-scale implementations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and migration of IAM platforms (Ping / ForgeRock / Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Architect IAM integrations across cloud and on-prem environments, including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Enhance IAM platform resiliency, scalability, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with Risk, Audit, and Governance teams to maintain security standards.
  • Lead penetration testing, auditing, and risk governance activities for IAM and other cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor teams to optimize costs, enhance security, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders through effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage both project-based and operational-support IAM teams.
  • Oversee ITIL processes including Change, Release, Problem, Incident, Configuration, Asset, and Application Management.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, quality delivery, and continuous process improvement.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop IAM engineers, fostering a high-performance and skill-building culture.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
  • Strong background in architecting, deploying, and managing IAM solutions at enterprise scale.
  • Mandatory experience with Ping and/or ForgeRock IAM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid cloud IAM integrations.
  • Experience implementing IAM solutions in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) or similar cloud-native environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity federation, SSO, MFA, access governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience leading large, global, cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience working in Operations/Run roles with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
