QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a minimum 2 years of desktop experience within the last 2 years
• Must be able to install, troubleshoot, secure, repair, implement, and manage hospital-wide computing resources such as PCs, notebooks, thin clients, tablets, smartphones, printers, copiers, fax machines and scanners
• Must be able to develop, distribute, and maintain desktop images and software packages
• Must be a solid at customer service foundation and handling of tickets
• Current CompTIA A+ or Prior A+ CERT, a plus
• Knowledge of MS, a plus
• Must be a self-starter and ability to work independently
