Software Delivery Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS solutions. This position involves leading a team of engineers, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-facing solutions. Based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, this hybrid role offers a blend of onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of software and solutions engineers, supporting their growth and success.
Act as the primary technical escalation point for addressing complex customer challenges.
Oversee end-to-end SaaS solution delivery, from initial design through final implementation.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate across departments to align processes and ensure positive project outcomes.
Promote and enforce best practices to maintain consistency and quality in solution delivery.
Drive the documentation process to ensure clarity and accessibility of technical information.
Facilitate discussions around solution architecture and future-state strategies.
Manage cloud platform integrations, focusing on Azure for optimal performance.
Utilize ITIL frameworks to enhance infrastructure and service delivery efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering teams with a proven track record of success.
Strong technical expertise in software development and object-oriented programming.
Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions and guiding solution implementations.
Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and data-driven systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks to support infrastructure and service delivery.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Remote Desktop Support, Cisco Webex Meetings, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
Solid understanding of solution architecture and future-state planning.
