Description-
We seeks a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Apex+LWC Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Apex+LWC Developer, We are looking for someone responsible for the core development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different infrastructure layers.
Responsibilities-
Responsible for developing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
Technical leadership, setting best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling rapidly.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and update existing applications/code.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented.
Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.
Requirements-
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
3+ years of experience with Apex and LWC development.
Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
Technical project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
5+ years of demonstrable experience in software development.
Working experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Creating technical documentation, such as user guides, release notes, and design documents.
Defining and communicating best practices for application development, integration, deployment, and testing.
Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, LWC, and other technologies
