Job Details

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead with deep expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks within the security domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Grafana, and security-related automation, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop automation frameworks for security processes and tools. 
  • Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate automation initiatives. 
  • Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using Grafana for security monitoring and analytics. 
  • Develop robust Python scripts and modules for process automation and integration. 
  • Collaborate with security engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities. 
  • Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. 
  • Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability. 
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on automation standards and practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 6–8 years of experience in automation development, with at least 3+ years in the security domain. 
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development. 
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard automation and visualization. 
  • Solid understanding of security principles and processes (IAM, monitoring, compliance). 
  • Experience in designing modular and scalable automation frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). 
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). 
  • Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms and security orchestration. 
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
