Role: Data & Analytics Operations Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN - Onsite
Note: On-site Interview
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Operations Analyst (Contractor) to support the Data & Analytics (D&A) team. This role focuses on validating data, coordinating with external POD teams, and ensuring reporting processes run smoothly. While the external PODs manage the bulk of the dashboard and reporting development, the Analyst will serve as a key partner by reviewing deliverables for accuracy, supporting ad hoc data pulls, and keeping workflows on track. Key Responsibilities Data Quality & Validation
Review POD-produced dashboards and reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Perform spot checks and validations to ensure data integrity.
Conduct light ad hoc data pulls and analysis as needed. Operational Support
Track incoming requests and maintain the intake process for analytics work.
Document recurring processes, report schedules, and data validation steps.
Monitor POD deliverables, ensuring outputs meet requirements and are delivered on time. Coordination & Communication
Serve as a liaison between POD teams and the Analytics Manager.
Surface issues, blockers, or discrepancies to senior team members quickly.
Provide regular status updates on reporting timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience (or strong internship/project work) in data analysis, reporting, or operations.
Strong Excel skills: familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot data inconsistencies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Clear communicator, comfortable working across internal and external teams.
1-2 years of experience (or strong internship/project work) in data analysis, reporting, or operations.
