Job Details

Role: Principal TC

Hours: 1,260 (Full-time)

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 12/31

Scope:

Senior or Principal level for the BCM product

  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow. Ability to problem solve, prioritize own schedule. Experience working under ITIL framework. ServiceNow System Admin certified. ServiceNow Product Implementation Certified.
  • CSA required, CAD & CIS preferred
  • BCM required (we need someone who can be productive day 1)
  • Confident and willing to clarify requirements
