Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work with partners to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions.
- Direct experience defining product requirements for CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to enable lead management, opportunity tracking, and 360-degree customer views.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and the order-to-cash lifecycle, specifically in the context of business quoting, purchasing, and invoicing.
- Experience with systems that support business operations, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and telephony/contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys) that power Specialist interactions.
- Expertise writing detailed business requirements and user stories intended for software engineering and UI/UX design, with a proven track record of shipping B2B or enterprise-grade tools.

- 5+ years of product or technology management experience, preferably in a B2B, retail, or enterprise systems context.
Description

- Lead project execution through the entire lifecycle, ensuring coordination of funding, release schedules, project status, issue resolution, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Business teams, Engineering, and UI/UX to lead design reviews, feature prioritization, and scope negotiation to meet release schedules and deliver measurable business value.
- Author clear and detailed requirements, epics, and user stories that translate business needs into actionable direction for engineering and design teams to build new software.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the business technology stack, understanding the intricate connections between platforms to identify dependencies and unlock new capabilities.
