We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of IT experience. Must have AASHTOWare experience - (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Ware)

State Departments of Transportation (DOTs), consultants, and contractors use these tools to manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects from early cost estimation and bid-letting to construction, materials management, and civil rights compliance
Job Summary:
This role provides advanced technical and business analysis support for the AASHTOWare product suite, serving as a liaison between business units and technical product teams. Responsibilities include documenting currentstate processes, translating business needs into technical requirements, assessing system impacts, supporting SaaS migrations, and collaborating on upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and implementations across the full product lifecycle.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience); minimum of five years in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery; experience leading crossfunctional teams; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Agile/Scrum; experience with AASHTOWare, SharePoint 365, ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Florida government IT governance is preferred or highly desired.

Work Environment:
Onsite role (no telecommuting) based in Tallahassee, Florida, reporting to the OIT Application Services Team at the Thomas Barry Building. Work is performed Monday Friday during business hours with flexibility between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; Inperson interviews are required, and local candidates are preferred.
