SuccessFactors Project Manager (Pleasanton, CA)
Location: Northern California (Pleasanton area) 2 days/week on-site
Employment Type: 1099
Rate : Open
Duration : Temp-to-Perm
About the Role:
We re looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead strategic HR-technology initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors. You ll own full-lifecycle implementation projects, drive stakeholder collaboration, and deliver business value through strong project execution and change management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Onboarding, etc.) implementation and upgrades
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
- Coordinate with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders
- Run workshops, status meetings, and go-live readiness sessions
- Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Provide regular project status and executive reporting
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Local to Northern California or willing to commute to Pleasanton 2 days a week
