Job Details

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years in Oracle Fusion HCM with deep involvement in Payroll and Learning modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll including setup, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Experience with Oracle Learning configuration, course setup, and user management.
  • Experience in resolving system customization issues and environment clean-up.
  • Experience with Redwood pages and modern UI elements in Oracle Fusion.
  • Candidate must work onsite for 2 weeks at the start of the project.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize current Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, especially Payroll and Learning.
  • Experience in identifying and correcting over-customization within Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience with job scheduling and resolving errors in existing configurations.
  • Experience with mapping system processes to new business requirements.
  • Experience in remediating gaps in current setup through strategic reconfiguration.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver documented, functional solutions.
