Job Details

Note: This position requires U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency and the ability to successfully clear Nuclear 810 background checks.

We re seeking an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud environments, and Agile delivery. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding teams while also contributing directly to critical software initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years Angular-based UI development
  • 5+ years Node.js development with TypeScript/JavaScript
  • 5+ years API development (GraphQL experience is a plus)
  • 5+ years SQL experience with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, etc.)
  • 2+ years Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scaled Agile preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as both hands-on developer and technical lead for complex projects.
  • Provide technical guidance, unblock team members, and mentor developers.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and design to implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Ensure technical solutions adhere to compliance standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Develop technical strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations for modernizing or improving systems.
  • Manage and communicate with stakeholders, including internal partners, vendors, and external teams.
  • Oversee infrastructure needs including tools, environments, and supporting technologies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business impact.

  • Strong technical foundation across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid project management experience, including planning, tracking, and delivering in Agile environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and business needs.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical strategies accordingly.
