Job Title: MSP/MSSP Sales Executive (Hunter Role)
Job Location: Thousand Oaks CA, Dallas TX, and Houston TX (Hybrid)

Description
We are looking for Senior Sales Executive/SE - (Hunter Role) with - a main focus on Infrastructure Managed Services and Cyber Security Managed services (MSP/MSSP). The SE will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, managing client accounts, and upselling products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. They will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem resolution.
This is sales a hunter position and will be quota carrying driven by a QPD. Strong adherence to CRM discipline is a must.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing skills, including lead generation and account management
- Strong understanding of selling Managed Services (MSP) and or Managed Security Services (MSSP)
- Strong understanding of delivery model and ability to communicate difference between on-demand and service driven
- Strong understanding of SLA and global delivery
- Prior experience in the IT industry selling Managed Services is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment that is spread internationally
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience with the top three industry trends, i.e., Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Optimization, and Analytics
- This candidate must have experience selling to Mid/enterprise customers. Strategic and solution selling experience to C-level executives is a plus, along with a range of technology managers is a key requirement for this role
