Job Description:
- The Scrum Master / Business Systems Analyst will support Agile delivery by managing sprints, tracking progress, and coordinating team activities.
- This hybrid role requires bridging business and technical teams, performing business and functional analysis, conducting data analysis, and documenting requirements to ensure effective execution and decision-making.
- Support Scrum processes by managing sprints, tracking progress, and coordinating team activities.
- Follow up on tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion and transparency across the team.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication.
- Perform business and functional analysis including requirement gathering, process mapping, and impact assessment.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and validate data.
- Review and interpret JSON/XML data structures and basic Python scripts as required.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including requirement specifications, functional designs, and user stories.
- Proactively identify issues, ask insightful questions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, or similar hybrid role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, JSON/XML, and basic Python.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and present confidently to stakeholders.
- Experience in requirement clarification, process mapping, and functional design.
- Ability to drive clarity in requirements and execution.
- Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise.
- Data analysis and SQL querying.
- Documentation, functional design, and requirements specification.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in Agile delivery, business analysis, or systems analysis.
