The Content Acquisition (CA) team is an integral part of the Data department. We are responsible for managing, acquiring, and integrating content and data from Exchanges, brokers, sell-side, buy-side, and other types of providers to drive the value of the Bloomberg Terminal and downstream enterprise products. We lead the governance, cost, and quality of the data we acquire, and we collaborate with the wider company to develop our data acquisition strategies ensuring we are aligning with the agendas of our key partners.
The Data Rights & Entitlements (DRE) team ensures Bloomberg clients get secure, compliant access to the data they need. We build the systems that govern data rights, partnering across Product, Engineering, and Compliance to protect partner trust and make data access seamless and reliable.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Data Rights & Entitlements team within Data. Our team builds products and processes that ensure contributed data is accessed and distributed securely and compliantly, connecting providers and consumers through seamless, intuitive workflows.
As Product Manager for the Central Entitlement System (CES), you'll own strategy and execution for one of Bloomberg's most critical governance frameworks. CES governs client access to datasets in line with contractual, regulatory, and business requirements. You'll work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to deliver scalable, auditable entitlement solutions that instill confidence with clients and partners.

Salary Range = 00 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

- Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for CES in alignment with business and regulatory needs
- Drive improvements across entitlement setup, mapping, management, and enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design secure, scalable workflows that reduce operational risk
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and work with Engineering to deliver solutions in an Agile environment
- Use data, audits, and feedback to measure success and strengthen entitlement enforcement
- Stay current on data governance practices and regulatory trends, adapting CES as requirements evolve
You'll need to have:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex, technical environments
- Familiarity with data governance, entitlement/access management, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across compliance, legal, and technical teams
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to challenge assumptions and drive better solutions
