• RBAC Framework Development: Design and build a comprehensive framework for Role-Based Access Control across the clients applications, beginning with mainframe systems.
• Business Role Definition: Partner extensively with various lines of business to identify and define essential business roles, understanding their unique functional requirements and operational needs.
• Entitlement Mapping: Identify and map the specific entitlements and permissions that comprise each defined business role.
• Documentation & Risk Tiering: Articulate clear role descriptions, assign appropriate risk tiering to roles, and define strong authentication controls for users accessing these systems.
• IGA Solution Requirements: Develop detailed requirements for our new Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution (SailPoint IdentityIQ IIQ), ensuring it supports the new RBAC framework.
• Governance Partnership: Collaborate closely with the governance team to build requirements for role composition reviews, metadata validations, and provisioning criteria.
• Work collaboratively with application teams and engineers to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the RBAC framework.
• Provide subject matter expertise on RBAC principles and best practices, helping to translate technical security requirements into business-friendly language and processes.
• Participate actively in an Agile development environment, understanding priorities, defining success metrics, and contributing to delegation within a fast-paced team.

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, with a strong emphasis on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and managing access entitlements and permissions within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to interface directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define roles, and ensure business alignment with security policies.
• Familiarity with financial industry compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, PCI DSS) and their impact on access control and governance.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, "green fields" environment with a high degree of autonomy and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
