Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Cerner applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Wellsky Care Tend, Natus Embletta, Pace Art Optima, Merge Hemo dynamics, Breeze Connect, MSOW, Neuro Works,AB Express, Adhear, Audio scan Noah Module, Audioscan Remote Console, Baha Fitting Suite,Cochlear Link,Cochlear Osia, Compass, Compass GPS, Connexx, Custom Sound, Custom Sound Pro, Eclipse - ABR (EP25),Eclipse - ASSR, EroScan Pro, Express Fit.
  • Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades for Cerner applications.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Cerner systems used in various clinical specialties.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve system functionality.
  • Document and maintain records of support activities, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Cerner applications.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the maintenance and support of Cerner systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cerner Millennium certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Cerner applications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Cerner applications across various clinical specialties.
  • Experience with system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
