Cloud Lead Developer

Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Activities)
As a Cloud Lead Developer (LEAD DEVELOPER / IT912), you will:
Lead design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications.
Drive alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
Review and manage code merges and CI/CD pipeline activities using Jenkins,
GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions, leveraging services like compute,
storage, and serverless functions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Author Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or
CloudFormation for scalable infrastructure management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API design, architecture reviews, and
modern tech evaluations.
Mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and promote cloud security
best practices.
Provide technical guidance and act as an internal consultant on complex cloud
projects.
Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are adhered to.
Required Skills & Technologies
Full Stack Development: Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Cloud Migration Expertise: Hands-on experience in migrating applications to
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Cloud-Native Development: Practical knowledge of designing and deploying
cloud-native services.
Monitoring and Logging: Splunk expertise for cloud application monitoring.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, ARM Templates, or
CloudFormation.
Security & Compliance Frameworks: Working knowledge of NIST 800-53,
FedRAMP, and general cloud security best practices.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure
DevOps.
Version Control and Automation: Proficiency with Git, Selenium, and automated
testing frameworks.
Agile Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile development environments.
