Job Description

The State of Wisconsin is seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst IV to support PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM production, enhancements, and development efforts. The resource will work as an extension of the STAR Development Section.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions

  • Designing, building, testing, and implementing reports, interfaces, and extensions

  • Maintaining/enhancing existing PeopleSoft systems

  • Creating technical design documents, diagrams, procedures

  • Estimating development effort and assessing feasibility of enhancements

  • Supporting integration with third-party applications (web services)

  • Providing guidance during implementation, demonstrations, and training

  • Performing on-call duties

  • Ensuring compliance with agency standards, policies, and best practices

  • Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with functional teams


Required Experience

5+ years PeopleTools Development 2+ years PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 2+ years PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Strong SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager skills
SDLC experience for multiple PeopleSoft implementations
Understanding of PeopleSoft HCM & FSCM data structures
PeopleTools framework:

  • Integration Broker

  • Fluid UI

  • Reporting Tools

  • Workflow

  • LifeCycle Tools
    Experience with updates & maintenance:

  • HCM Tax Updates

  • Oracle CPU

  • PUM Updates

  • PeopleTools Upgrades
    PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems


Nice to Have

COBOL development experience
