Position Overview

SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist

Requirements:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to manage risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance overall governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document risk management and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP GRC functionalities.
• Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet evolving regulatory requirements and organizational needs while adhering to best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks through SAP GRC, including risk assessment, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user training to promote the effective utilization of SAP GRC functionalities.
• Continuously assess and optimize GRC processes to improve risk management efficiency, compliance, and governance.
• Stay updated on SAP GRC updates, patches, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for system improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Participate in SAP GRC projects and initiatives, offering expertise in risk management and compliance processes.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in SAP GRC are a plus.
• Substantial experience (8+ years) in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation, configuration, and support.
• Profound knowledge of SAP GRC modules, risk management, access controls, and compliance monitoring principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risk and compliance issues.
