Job details: Retail Supply Project Coordinator
Job Title: Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Cupertino, CA 95014
Pay range: $45.00/hr. to $55.00/hr. (DOE)
Work Schedule: Hybrid.
A Retail Supply Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and strategy of non-inventory supplies for Apple Retail stores throughout the AMR region. This person will join a passionate team of professionals who are driven to ensure the creation and implementation of supply chain processes and procedures that contribute to the Apple Retail experience. This individual will be able to work independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional team. Also, he/she must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the management of commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and Service Providers.
- Vendor management, including sourcing, logistics, pricing and participating in strategic business reviews Execute established supply kitting processes for new store openings and remodels.
- Product life cycle management from launch to end-of-life disposition.
- Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies and cost savings.
- Engage with retail store teams to coordinate operational requirements through direct and indirect forms of communication.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- BA/BS required.
- 3+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management experience.
- A dynamic, intelligent and passionate individual with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Able to develop peer relationships quickly. A trusted partner that others enjoy working with A self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into actionable projects.
- Proficiency in Excel, Keynote, Pages and Numbers
